Word count expectations

In an effort to keep myself honest, my goal is to have 16,472 words by the end of next week (Friday, 22 April 2011). We shall see what happens.

So, as of this moment:

a WORD COUNT METER:

As of 1039 a.m. on 14 April 2011, I have:

3088 words
of 140,012 words planned

Author and series most like my upcoming books

There is an author, Melody Carlson, and her series of books called, “Diary of a Teenage Girl” which I love. They are Biblical Fiction as well and are fantastic.

I would buy all of them if I were you. They are the books you can read over and over—and it doesn’t matter your age.

Her books are quite similar to what I am going to be writing, but my series will vary from hers in that my series will be of all ages of gals and will be about the military life.

Welcome

Welcome to a new Biblical Fiction Writing Series about gals and the military life.

It’s the journals about the seasons of life when dealing with the military and life in general.

The first four books are about Madison MacGregor and in the 1st book, she is 16 years old.

Stay tuned. There will be more updated on this blog soon.
